Fyve's journey begins in south-west Sydney and the growing metropolis of Liverpool. It was here that in 2021, our founders Amen Zoabi and Khalil Hafza – civil engineers by trade – made the decision to launch a leading property development group with unique ties to this flourishing region.
Locally born and bred, Amen and Khalil have established a lifetime of deep, personal connections with the local community, and a unique understanding of the people of south-western Sydney – developed firstly through their time as Western Sydney University students, and later through their highly-regarded construction business, Binah.
Since 2008, the pair have been responsible for delivering some of the most iconic structures in the changing face of Liverpool, including Western Sydney University’s Liverpool campus and the dual-tower Liverpool Central project. Now, with Fyve, Amen and Khalil have started a new chapter – one that is focussed on designing aspirational, human-centred communities that create better lifestyles.
